Hard Cocking Fix For A Marauder

Done this to both my Mrods and it does work as described. 

Threw some positive points your way for sharing a great idea. Love my marauder but would like to make it butter smooth. I will have to try this to see how it works on mine. Thanks again!

I have made hammers out of fortified nylon and delrin for regulated guns based off Motorheads work. I don't think they cock any easier than a polished metal hammer in all honesty. A properly honed tube and a well polished hammer slide very smooth. Plus the plastic hammers don't work in the higher powered guns so you are stuck with metal for those applications.

Thank you for this post. My mrod has been awful about cocking from the start. It was supposed to improve over time, but I've now got 900 pellets through it with no luck.
