. I like it. For a easy center just lay down a small washer when spraying with the paint instead of the fingernail trick. For thin "Green" rings a section of 3 litter pop bottle could be cut and set on to mask the paint (several sections joined to mask a larger circle). A can of spray adhesive completes the "commercialization" of the home made product. I LIKE it especially since I am 80 miles one way from the stores that carry commercial reactive target products.
