Gun of choice for small game

I use my R9 .22 for rabbits-On ground squirrels and birds one of my Marauders. The Marauders are a bit piggy to lug around I admit.

 

I live in California- the pic with the quail is what it looks like for most of the year. The green lasts for around 15 minutes!

LOL @ 15 minutes, no wonder ya'll get so many fires. Nice job on the quail

Daystate Huntsman Regal .22. Likes JSB but also CPH. Good for anything up to a coon as long as it’s at a reasonable distance and your shot placement is right on. Might have gone overboard with the pictures..

well i plan on using my new avenger in .22 this fall, and give the taipan a rest

Just for fun, or because you feel it is falling short somehow? I don't recall if I've read anything but raves for the Veteran, but the raves seem to dominate to the extreme.
