GTX Gen 2 makes me happy.

Recently purchased a new crosman fury 2 blackout because my Chinese no name air rifle finally crapped out. The fury 2 is a huge upgrade from my previous rifle so much so that I had to build a new pellet trap. Pellets were busting through the top and bottom of an old metal bbq I was using as a backstop. My old rifle would only dent one layer and never actually busted through. The only problem I had with the fury was that the trigger was just awful. I adjusted the stock trigger as far as I could and it was still too long and rough. I heard Ted mention the gtx trigger in one of his videos so I got myself one. Wow was the first thing I said after installing and test firing it. I got it dialed in exactly where I wanted in a few shots and I couldn't recommend it more. Fantastic.

Pellet trap I built. MDF, metal screen, and rubber mulch.

Trigger dialed in and firing butter smooth.

Ha, you caught me Skygear. I was shoeless in my house and didn't feel like taking the time to put my shoes on. Cement was too hot for socks only. You know it's funny you mentioned the Charlie trigger. When I decided to change my trigger I just went with this one since I had already heard about it from Ted. After I had already ordered I started researching it more and found this huge verbal battle between Steve supporters and Bob supporters that I had not idea about. I didn't think there would be such a huge controversy over something as simple as a trigger on the internet. Honestly they look identical to me, as long as it works how I want it I'm not too worried about who it came from

No Problem JF, This is probably as far as I'll go on the mechanical modding of my rifle, besides I haven't seen too much info on modding springers besides rebuild kits which I'm not sure I'd really need and honing the chamber but that's a little too advance for me.
