Shot my Boss & .22 Cricket Carbine (power tuned by me) with a .25 Taipan Veteran Long I just tuned. The Taipan is owned by Terryb00. Shot from 50 and 100 yards. Dadgumit, these are accurate guns. All groups are 5-shots each. I shot all but the Boss’s 50 yard group which was shot by my friend BR549. He is a member here and witness to all shooting as we shot at his place. Thanks bud and great shooting.

Wow, very nice groups. That 50 yard group shot with the Boss is the smallest one I've ever seen. Must have felt great to see that fifth shot go through the group hole!

I know man. He looked over at me after the 4th shot and said, “this is when I hate to take that 5th shot”. I let him know that he’s got it. 5th shot squeezed off and the hole didn’t change one iota 😲🤣 BAM baby!!! .37” - .30” (pellet O.D.) ~ .07”’ctc

I have a buddy that had a .25 Cricket that would shoot a group at 50 just like that Boss and he sold it out from under me

. It is the most accurate air gun I've ever shot. My Cricket shoots dang good but won't shoot like that one would. Some friend huh?

That’s the thing, barrels aren’t created equally. You may have a certain model from a certain manufacturers that shoots awesome. Pick up another of the same kind and it will be just pretty good. It’s a crapshoot. 

With that said, Charlie has the resources to test many barrels. So far, The ST barrels I’ve had have all been great. Can’t speak toward the STX as I’ve never had one.
