Green stuff on hammer spring adjuster

The FX Cyclone has a hammer spring adjustment screw on the back of the receiver. I'm preparing to install a regulator, and I want to set the hammer to full tension before I graph the power curve with a chrony. But the adjustment screw seems to be glued in with dark green Loctite type stuff.

Does the dark green color suggest what it is?

Should I try to break it free, or just leave it alone?

I'm currently shooting 13.43gr JSB Monsters around 840-860 FPS from a 200 bar fill. Does that suggest that the hammer spring is already near full tension?

Hmmm. Never heard of green before. The Loctite web site says it's low-strength but suggests it requires heat to remove. I have the old brass adjuster screw (I read that newer Cyclones have a steel one) and I'm afraid of tearing up the screw slot (which I already did a little.) It's an odd size flat slot with rounded ends. Maybe I'll buy a cheap screwdriver and modify it.

I know a number of gunsmiths that use it for scope rings and other low hold applications. I have never had issue breaking it loose with the proper wrench, screw driver, etc. I use blue medium on almost everything and it easily breaks loose. Red and a few specialty types are the only thread lockers I ever had to use heat on to bust loose.
