Gotta jiggle sideshot mag to cycle?

So i got my impact yesterday all is well, but the mag fits a bit looser than I imagined. And need to jiggle it a bit before it chambers pellets.

This is with kings and heavies, its inserted properly and clicks in but theres some rotational play.

Any ideas?

Mine has some play as well but never has a problem feeding.

Not a fan of the FX manufactured side shot magazines for the exact reason you are talking about.

Get one one of the actual side shot mags from UA. They are much better quality and feed better for me.

I had 2 impacts set up with the sideshot mags. Yes, a little play but no issues. Just as Bob mentions. Make sure your probe is secure/tight. Mine would come lose from time to time and would hit the edge of the mag (regardless of what mag I was using)….

Yeah was loose...I got some green loc-tite and snugged it up. At least it's nice and long with plenty of thread.

Thanks very much worth a +1 to me, cycles beautifully now.

I'm glad you got it figured out Glem. Mine hasn't had any problems either, I was starting to feel bad for you. Sometimes the last pellet in the magazine will feed a little "harder" than the rest but I actually really like that because it let's me know I'm on my last shot. Have fun with the MKII buddy!!!
