Got another grey squirrel today.

Pesting in the backyard, from close range (about 10 yards)

Was aiming for a solid body shot, but the pellet went just a wee bit higher, and hit it in the neck. It flopped around a couple times, and I reloaded quickly, thinking it might need another shot to finish it off. By the time I looked through the scope, it wasn't moving.

The pellet might've gone through its spine/neck bones, possibly?

This is the 3rd squirrel kill with my Gamo Whisper Wildcat .22. Just bought it in June, and very happy with it now that I've put a better scope on it (Barska 3-9x32, bought scope at Wal-Mart)
