Obsolete Gopro Android software for your phone

I recently purchased a Gopro7 Black to pair with the Eagle Vision cam set up also purchased recently. I was more than disappointed when I found my 4 year old LG G3 phone would not pair with it. So out on the net I went in search of the right software but it all required Android10. None of it would werq on the antiquated G3 Android 6 phone I love so much. Gopro has recently redone all of their software and named it Quik instead of Gopro for some reason. Anyway none of it werqed so I continued my search for a couple of hours.

Then I happened upon this. Don't go for the more recent software and don't do any updates either or you will loose your connection.

Typed the long address in my phone and got to the site. Managed to get it downloaded and installed and after a few hiccups it decided to werq. So, now the Gopro communicates with my old LG G3 and I don't have to buy a new phone for it to do so. I can see what the camera sees, on my phone when they are paired, which makes it much easier to set up the Gopro as well as for others to see what I see through the scope.

Thought this might be helpful for anyone with an older phone, that still werqs fine, like mine does.

Edit;

As mentioned by another member in a PM be sure your antivirus is current before you load anything from the net.

You can find it on the Google Play store or reputable sites on the Internet.
