Raining a bit here but tis the season for it, sitting in my blind about 20 mins and this big buck on the cable headed to the feeder.

He was quartered away but put a 33.5gr NSA over his left shoulder and just under the ear. Exit was devastating, this is only 25y away so not an amazing shot or anything.

Plans foiled again at the squirrel grounds, feeder is torn down again. Did the suspended feeder thing but my ladder is only so long and walked into my feeder on the ground empty again.

The feeder pictured lasted about 3 weeks before something ripped the top off from above. The other one that was torn down this past week was chained around 2 trees and 1/8th aircraft cable suspending the feeder between 2 trees. Poorly chose a little pulley that was only rated for 120 lbs. Thats what broke. I just have to get it higher had it at about 9 feet once filled with sunflower seeds and hanging.

I've been battling these bastards for months now. Theres a male thats even bigger thats back here and yes i have more than just the air rifles if they want to dance.

I shoot from platform 8 feet high so i have the advantage on most things back here that could get me.
