Good info from T R Robb about his .25cal. sizer

I tried quickly with a Logun Penetrator in .25
Found the pellet to be a much larger skirt than most but this is just a rough guide for that pellet. Different pellets would give different results.

.25 SS Adjustable Pellet Sizer. Head Diameter Skirt Diameter Overall Length Weight Logun Penetrator.
Standard from Tin 6.39 6.75 7.89 25 grains
Set in 2 mm 6.37 6.62 7.89 25 grains
Another 2.5 Turns 6.37 6.58 7.89 25 grains
5 Turns 6.35 6.55 7.89 25 grains

9 Turns 6.34 6.50 7.89 25 grains
10 Turns 6.34 6.46 7.89 25 grains
12 Turns 6.33 6.41 7.89 25 grains
15 Turns 6.31 6.40 7.89 25 grains
I thought this might be helpful to those who sort their projectiles. I have one on order to try out when my crown comes in. Bill.

I can't answer as to specifics about what different projectiles will benefit from this sizing method but my intuition tells me that it would be best suited for making the head size of a skirted pellet consistent while leaving the skirt large enough to seal and have a lower velocity deviation with both being much more consistent and relative to each other. Wow that sentence wouldn't have been that long if had spent more time listening in English composition class! : )
