Good Experience VS Not so great. Utah Air is Good!

Here’s a long story short as possible.

Went to buy FX impacts at the “big box” Airguns retailer. Had a defective item. Bad advice on how to go about fixing it. Returned it... still waiting on my $$$ back 2 weeks later. They’ll handle the return but that’s too slow.

I then went to Justin at Utah Air. He and I had a good convo. Approachable guy, busy running his company - but made time for me in the phone.

i decided to reward them and me with 2 Fx impact instead of 1. One for me and one for my boy. I had them tune both rifles for me. Freeeeeeee included. The “big box” seller doesn’t tune and didn’t check the Fx before leaving their door. Utah Airguns checks every rifle ... if you ask them when checking out they will tune it for free... to your caliber.

big difference. One company you buy, and they don’t know how to fix an issue and you wait forever for your money back... this company you buy... you know the rifle is going to shoot sweeeeeet.

my son and I will start uploading videos on YouTube — can’t wait to show how these are performing.

justin and josh - great guys... I went from feeling nervous handing my money to a company in case anything goes wrong with my FX.... to instead going to Utah Air and getting red carpet treatment so good from extremely knowledgeable people. They aren’t nearly as quick getting it out the door, but when they do it’s because they personally worked on your gun! Can’t beat that with a stick!

i couldn’t be more happy to be able to hit the ground running. Kuddos to first class operation. They deserved my hard earned money. Can’t wait now too get this all on video - what a laser.
