Go forth and hunt, harvest and consume

Here are some eastern MO squirrels from today. Had to get out and check the game cams. How do you guys get the hair out of the meat after cleaning? Going to try the ginger water and see how it does. After seeing all those cast iron reminds me I need to strip mine and reseason.
