Tactacam has been working great for me. In the $425-450 range (you can check some vids @ Gerry reba on YouTube).

All you really need is a decent camera, a mini DVR and a battery pack.  I put the camera in a scope sunshade and then screwed it to a picatinny.  Put a QR mount on the scope so it would go on and be removed easy and wired in the battery pack.  It werqs very well although this is a nightvision set up it can be used during the day as well.

Pic is in pitch black basement at 10 yards.

The Tactacam and the Pard 007 are a couple of the better choices for a higher end add to your scope cam for daytime use.  There are many more on eBay and amazon.

But as Dan stated above the Orion cam is a good one and probly the best for the money.  He is right here on the forum so you can PM him for more info.

firefly. man did they jump up in price.

    Firefly 8 se 90* distortion-less

go here Orion contact form and ask about ordering the OrionCam. You'll need to know which scope is going to be your primary unit. you can then get individual adapters for different scopes. the system is very similar to the sideshot scope cam setup. just way less money and you can still see normally thorough the scope and the camera sits off to the side.
