Thanks. In the video you say the “cc” sizes as printed on the tank. What those are for is for hydro testing. When testing they fill the tank with water, and then once full, measure the additional amount that is added to get the tank to full hydro pressure of 7500 psi. That pressure is held for one minute. The “cc” is the maximum amount of water allowed to get the tank to hydro pressure. It is an indication of “swell” of the tank and reflects the tanks structural integrity. Normal 45 minute tanks hold 66 cubic feet of air at 4500 psi and the 60 minute tanks hold 88 cubic feet.

That's one error, the others have been pointed out on another forum..... Before it was removed.... HPA is not something to fool with. Innocent references can sugar coat danger when someone is looking to save a few dollars.

JDC, thanks for the info. I'm redoing the video now to take out that incorrect info on the fittings. Didn't watch the video, but I have the exact same tank from eBay, complete with the "FS MN" spray painted on the tank. I had my tank re-hydro'd after it arrived, and though the gelcoat looks really beat up, the tank passed hydro without issue.
