Received my FX Wireless Chronograph and would like to start a thread for issues and suggested updates for FX to consider fixing. FX needs to make a decision about the Phone App: invest in this one of a kind product or open it up for crowdsourced improvement (open source).
1. On my Google Pixel 2 android phone in portrait-mode only two digits show for FPS instead of three digits. for example : "44" instead of "448". The shot string list in the top left corner shows the correct number "448". Recommend to set the main number display to "auto-size" in the Android app.
2. The Profile setup "Add profile" is confusing, and cannot be accessed or selected directly. Why do I need to go to "Setting" first to access the profiles? Should be added as a third drop-down menu item below "Manual", "Settings".
3. Also, need to separate the custom user-set profiles from the factory default profiles. Either by using a different color or inside another box or screen.
4. The app version number displayed on the bottom left corner hangs into the "Connect/Disconnect" icon. Move one or the other away from eachother.
5. Need to add a two-step process for the "Delete" button (trash can). With one careless/accidental press the entire shot string can be deleted. Should have pop-up question when pressed: "Are you sure you want to delete? Yes/No"
6. Add option to email shot-string.
7. Add external micro-USB charger port or simple micro-power-jack.
