Fx Wildcat Regulator power/pressure adjustment

That's a good question. I thought about that also. My hammer spring adjuster looks like its tightened into the breech block a good amount. I'm not sure how many more turns I can get out of it. I'm shooting the 25 grain kings at 905 fps and the 34 grain heavies around 805 fps. I would like a little more power to get the heavies up around 860 or more. I can't remember where I read it but it read not to increase the regulator pressure over 150 or 160. Hopefully someone will chime in.

A friend of mine has a Bobcat in .25 and he has installed a regulator in it. Before installing he tightened the regulator by almost a quarter of a turn. He is getting 925-930 fps with Jsb Kings. That is really tempting me to do the same to the Wildcat. But I am assuming that the other parts like hammer spring setup, valve pin setup of wildcat is different from Bobcat as Wildcat is originally designed as a regulated gun whereas Bobcat is not. The hammer spring of the Wildcat may not be able to open the valve completely if the pressure of regulator is increased. Any expert opinion is more than welcome :)
