FX Wildcat original version

Well Aireagle, I own an Edgun leshiy, and have read about many of his other models. The thing they all seem to have in common is a single stage trigger that has quite a bit of creep. I dont care for that. I modified my Leshiy so that it now has a nice two stage, with a very predictable break. It had to be modified, because you cannot adjust it to a two stage.
On the other hand, the FX triggers are wonderful two stage triggers, that rival my match rifle triggers.
So keep that in mind when making your decision.
Have fun,
Scott

Hi Scott I guess what I've read about Edgun rifles were written by owners who had already modified their triggers. I kind of like the robust look though and they must be very accurate to shoot as well.(Now you got me researching how to modify an Edgun trigger) But like you said on the other hand FX airguns have excellent triggers right out of the box. Thats one point for the FX WC . Many thanks for your thought.

For the Leshiy trigger mod, just Google Ernest Rowe's Leshiy trigger mod. It's very simple but I'm not sure it will be the same for other EdGun's.
happy to help Aireagle

Hey Scott Watched Ernest Rowe's videos on the Edgun trigger mod apparently the rifles are shipped out with the triggers not fined tuned but it looks easy enough to do.Brian from Edgunwest told me that the R5M .25 Matador will only be available in March. Hmmm... I have three FX airguns and am really keen on owning a Matador. So decision final the next member to my airgun family will be an R5M .25 Matador. Really appreciate your post, stay cool and have a great time.

Im glad im not alone on just keeping my marl one wildcat . I admit i got excited about the new wildcats coming out with the smooth twist X barrel liners . I think my next pcp is going to be a huntsman regal .22 . Been wanting to try out a British made rifle and this one keeps popping up. As to my wildcat i love it just the way it is shooting jsb 18.13 pellets knocks pigeons out at 100 yrds.
