FX USA Contact

Man, I wish I had seen this post before I bought my Streamline. Holy crap, I have never encountered a company that charges thousand of dollars for their products and have crap for customer service.

How do they manage to stay in business? Live and learn I guess. the damn rifle is so big that I can't even use it as a paper weight.

The thread is 11 months old! They had just opened their USA location. This issue is a non-issue now. Growing pains!

I whole heartily agree with Tomiboy, their services have turned around 180 degrees since a year ago.

I've called more than once in the past few months buying parts. The phone seems to go to phone mail when they are already busy. I usually either leave a message, and they do call back, or just wait an hour and call again.

Once you get through, the service is top notch. Tech's have called back, diagnosed problems, suggested parts and the rest. Parts shipping can be slow (and I mean slow), so do follow up if you don't see a shipping notice. One order of mine did take about 3 weeks to ship, they were waiting for parts from Sweden. Great bunch, but their ordering systems do need help.

Last call, they said a new ordering system is in the works for February or March, but they were experiencing some difficulties. Hopefully, they'll get the ordering system up so it'll be easier to buy parts.

The Impact is a complex gun that's easy to screw up. I knew I was in way over my head when I bought it, but have enjoyed learning about it by servicing the gun. If I can do it, anyone can. I've never seen a company that would finance anything like the Master Class, so Thanks FX.

Can you provide documentation to back up this statement?

Obviously a troll.

That said, I can imagine FX USA has a tough job in front of them to support growth and change. I also would't assume that they're the largest of companies with budgets and streamlined processes in place for support. Growing pains are what they are, but I'm sure they'll work out the kinks in due time.

I can also think of probably hundreds, if not a thousand other products out there in different markets with identical price points to FX airguns, that have (1) much greater percentages of issues (2) far less in terms of support resources.

My only experience this far with FX USA was an email with a technical question and I got a reply within the hour YMMV, but for me that was sufficient.

The only troll I see is you😎 now that being said you must be an fx owner. Well I’m also an fx owner such as your self and I find fx quality lacking. I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings about the fx branded products. Rest assured when I return from overseas I will be sending fx my piece of sh$& monsoon and I bet I will be calling on the status of this gun

So you have an FX that supposedly does not work. I'll bet it is due to some modification or adjustment you made, but won't own up to it.

Ok I just went back and looked at my emails .

I sent fx a email on the 31st for some royale parts ,they replied the next day saying they would get me a quote put together. Today I got the quote ,and parts are ordered . I'm satisfied with service so far . I will update when I actually get the parts but bet it won't be to long .

Just my experience

Someone gave me a negative accuracy for my previous post, but I had on more than one occasion have a reputable air gun dealer tell me this was a major cause of most customer complaints for one brand of air gun. I was told by the dealer; "people did not know how to shoot, did not know how to properly adjust the rifle or had modified the rifle as to make it inoperable, yet they blamed the manufacturer for their own issues".

So whomever gave me the negative accuracy, you probably fit that description. 😃

Don't worry though, I'm gone.

You are obviously and devoted fx guy and that’s fine👍🏾 I too own a fx gun that serves as a reminder that when I pay good money for one I expect it to do what it supposed to do. In my case a monsoon firing full automatic from semi automatic is no acceptable and no for your info did not touch anything on the gun bud. Have high low end guns thAt don’t have shooting issues except this gun. Since the gun is out of warranty I will have to send it in. Fx is the least favorite brand for me right now. This gun will serve as a reminder just because it has the name fx doesn’t mean it the best gun😎
