Why does FX restriction U.S. sales??

Why does FX restrict sales to the U.S.?? Items available overseas cannot be sent to the U.S.

Even if the U.S. Dealers are not able to get these items. Sellers here have told me that the items are 6-8 weeks lead time to order.

But if I could order it from overseas? It could be here in 3-5 days!

Very Frustrating! Also I find it frustrating that If it were allowed?

The prices are better overseas (even with international shipping) than in the U.S. (you'd think buying local would be better???)

I'm just super frustrated at FX business model of restricting free trade. It's the U.S. Customers that have to suffer!

Sorry for the rant. Maybe I'm the only one who has noticed this??

Seems I've seen it mentioned before. My ASSUMPTION is that it was possibly a way to attract dealers by giving them some exclusivity (either on the European end or the US end). But that is an assumption and could be entirely off base. My next air gun purchase is planned to be an Impact MK3. But the greatest plans of mice and men......

I get the Exclusivity of the dealer thingy, but if they are Not able to provide the product? Or Possibility unwilling to make the special order?? Why can't we order it else where.

I have even tried to message Fredrik on IG but so far no reply. I'm hoping he will help me out and allow the seller to send it to me.

Maybe that thingy was part of any "exclusivity" deal for dealers. You'll probably never know unless you get a response from "Fredrik" to explain and I bet that is unlikely.

Are you looking for parts or a gun?

Sorry I was looking to buy the FX Impact 500mm .22 caliber barrel kit from Huma-Air but they won't send it to the U.S. I've been trying to get this kit for a while now and the only place that has it in stock is Huma.

I've purchased parts for FX from Huma before but they were made by Huma. Looks like I may have inadvertently closed the door to other markets by telling everyone how much faster I get FX parts from across the ocean than I can get them from FX USA which is only 300 miles from my home.

It's kind of weird how much you really like to mention FX USA is only 300 miles from your home. I've gotten replacement parts from them in 3-5 days, and I am like 2000 miles away.. But I've also waited a little longer when they said they had to get it from Sweden first which is understandable... I sense some built-up resentment that just needs to be talked about bud. lol
