FX Speedloaders

Elis5173 here on AGN makes the best ones out there and he’s a great guy. I’ve never used the new ones that UA sells. Really no need, these are fast and well built. Totally well worth it, fast and easy. A lot cheaper than buying a bunch of spare magazines.

I'd say, to me, speed loaders are well worth it. Loading a single magazine over and over again at the range or on a hunt is a real pain in the, well, you know.

I have a 3D printer and found a speed loader file someone else created. It's not the same as the model Stoti showed and not as nice. It's not nearly as nice as the model sold by UA, as I load all pellets skirt first manually into the speed loader. Yes, that's a pain in the, well you know, but I printed 10 so I can preload 280 shots. Two fit into a JSB Pellet tin quite nicely. For me, that works great. I load them all at home where it is warm and my fingers still work.

If the speed loaders are the type that you drop a bunch of pellets on top, shake it and the pellets just fall into place, it's worth every penny of the $20 or $25. If you have to manually load each pellet skirt first (Like I do with the file I selected) you need a bunch of them.

So, yes, I think they are well worth it.

If you can afford it buy extra magazines.

I do own a pair of the ELLIS speedloaders one in 22 and another in 25 they are excellent!!! funny thing I already got plenty FX magazines and chronic OCD always buying more mags than I need just load enough mags to coincide with time to refill the guns so all mags empty time to refill the gun plus have one or 2 already loaded. Can never have enough mags then the speedloaders help load them extra mags.

I too buy two many extra mags. I think I have 12 or so for the M-rod and at least 7 for the P-rod. Then the .22 and .25 Flashpups each have 6. I don’t like having to pick up pellets in the snow cause my fingers are cold. But these guns all take $10 to $20 mags that I can buy locally. Dumping $50 on a FX mag is a different story. Going to have to think on it. Maybe buy both!
