FX SHROUD DIAMETER AND THREAD SIZE

Hello, does anybody know the diameter and thread size of the end of the FX Crown's shroud at the muzzle? In other words, when I remove the end cap on the shroud, at the muzzle, what are the interior(female) threads? I know DonnyFl makes the 1/2x20 adapter for the shroud but that doesn't help. I've looked everywhere and nobody seems to know. I'm having a silencer made that will screw directly on to the shroud, that's why I need to know. Any help would be appreciated. Stoti

I have called everywhere trying to find out what this thread size is. Apparently it's 20mm x ???

I've called Utah Airguns, AofA, Pyramyd, DonnyFL, etc... Nobody knows. I left a message directly to FX but don't have any idea how long that will take to get a response . If anybody has the answer to this question, I would really love to hear it!!! Thank you. Stoti

I am in the process of making a moderator for my Huben K1 and I came up with the same question for the rifle. As I don't expect the answer to be readily available on line, I decided to measure it by myself. With a caliper, it's straight forward. Measure the diameter of the threaded part of the shroud cap directly. To get the pitch. Measure the distance between the first and last "peaks" of the threaded part of the cap and divide the distance by the number of turns ( equal to the number of peaks minus 1 ). It turns out that for Huben K1, the diameter is 23.35 mm and the pitch is 1 mm. I made a coupler with my lathe base on these measurements and the fitting is perfect.

I believe FX is using metric standard so the pitch in mm should be one of these standard values : 0.4, 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.7, 2 .....

hope it helps a bit.

You wouldn't happen to know the thread size for the Dreamline shroud would you? I've looked everywhere but no luck. Thank you for your time
20mm or 28mm OD shroud?

For 28mm OD shroud it says Metric thread 26.5x1.5, both ends.
Quick search did not gave any answer for 20mm OD shroud end threads. And I don't have right thread gauge in hand to measure my 20mm shroud.
