FX Royale 400

I did look at the screw that holds the cocking lever, and it is fine. I even added a little lube, no avail. I'm not sure what to do. My rifle is tuned to shoot 18.1 gr JSB's at 830 fps. It looks like it might be a trigger thing. When I cock the rifle, the trigger is not locking the sear back. This is probobly the problem.

Hi guys

just came back from the range, the gun does not cock any more. Something had to give, not sure what, I might have to ship the rifle back to the dealer. I might try and disassemble the gun by my self, to see what broke, or gave in.

Hi Airgunshooter. I have the brass adjuster. So just back it all the way out, to see if you have broken the washer?

I have not yet taken it apart, maybe my Monday, I'll have enough free time to sit down, and take it apart.

I took the gun apart a few days ago. I stripped everything. The only thing that I saw, was that the sear was not engaging the hammer spring. I had a close look at the sear. It was worn down by quite a big margin. I guess that happens when you have shot your rifle tens of thousands of times.

I have shipped it back to the dealer, they called me this morning to let me know, it only needs a new sear. Now the waiting game begins. They have to get a part from FX. This might take a while.
