Fx royale 400 guidance needed

I recently got new fx royale 400 .22 and got it regulated myself. Fx company sent me regulator, new valve, valve seat and new transfer port.

As per fx statement the regulator is set at 142 bars.

It was working great but just for a couple of weeks. Then it started huge variations in velocity.

The consecutive shots give variation of of around 100 fps with jsb 18gr.

I opened the complete gun and cleaned it and relubed it. But of no use.

I opened the regulator and cleaned the baviller washers but no use.

Please help me out. I have replaced the breach seal. It's sealing well. I have done tissue paper test but no puff of air is there.

Need help.

As it was working great, something changed eh? First thought would be the reg got some dirt/sthuff in it. But you say you cleaned it, did you replace the seal?
Hammer drag? Soemting drag?
Could you post a full string? Does it bounce all around or a huge spike on the first shot? Or last couple of shots? Does it work well until it gets down to X psi or ? Whats it shoot like just off the reg for say 5 shots?
