The tolerances are too big. Put a slug or pellet in and close the lid. Is the projectile centered? No?
This causes the probe to catch number 2 and flip it on its side. Then remove the mag open it up and fix it. 2 shots later same thing, if you're the company on the leading edge this NEEDS to be fixed.
Ive fixed my own and even little old me figured out the problem. The inner ring is too big around causing slop. This slop allows either them falling on their sides or the slug to be too far to the right and the probe to contact 2 slugs.
Heres your version of the .30. See the problem? Even with pellets.

For what these cost they need to be fixed, this is recall worthy IMO and I'm a big fan but this needs to be addressed asap.
