FX Parts?

to my understanding both in warranty repair and parts are from the same distributor. 

you might ask Airgun Depot if they are going to be a parts distributor now that they are selling FX guns

We actually have the guys from FX working with our techs to get them trained up now. We will be offering full service as well as parts here in the next month or so, just working on getting our guys up to speed!

Will Airgun Depot be open for walkin service?

For repairs, no we will not. Guns needing repair will need to be sent to one of our tech departments in either Utah or Ohio. 

AOA can be hard to get a hold of. Best thing to do is leave a call back number. That is what I do, they usually call back the same day. Good to here their will be a second supplier of parts.

Is Airgun Depot "Importing" their FX Inventory directly from FX or are they acquired through the usual U.S. import channel for FX?

We are not an importer, retail is our specialty, we just want to make sure that we are able to offer the best service we can on the guns we carry. The idea is that our techs will have enough knowledge to guide you through simple repairs to get you back out shooting again, if its something more serious guns can be sent back to us and our techs will diagnose the issue and make sure that the gun gets to the appropriate US repair center. Our goal is to get guns back up and running as soon as possible.

That's good to hear and the right approach imo. I have never been comfortable buying an air gun from one retailer and being sent to another for repair / warranty work. If I have an issue with an air gun, I want it to be dealt with by the store I bought it from. 

This way, air gun depot will be able to keep control of their customer experience and build loyalty. It makes me feel like they are more than just a middle-man taking a mark-up for orders going through a website. 

I bought my first PCP rifle from airgun depot. I had a small issue with it and they were excellent at dealing with it quickly. They sent me a new part and a bag of spares without me asking. I'd have no issue trusting them if / when I make an FX purchase.
