Does anyone know another supplier for FX parts in the US? I understand the guns can only come through one distributor, but parts as well?

It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone at the 1 distributor, they seem to be very busy. It's very frustrating when you've had a gun down for over a month waiting on 1 small part that's hard to reproduce / fabricate. Surely someone else has been through this as well?

We are not an importer, retail is our specialty, we just want to make sure that we are able to offer the best service we can on the guns we carry. The idea is that our techs will have enough knowledge to guide you through simple repairs to get you back out shooting again, if its something more serious guns can be sent back to us and our techs will diagnose the issue and make sure that the gun gets to the appropriate US repair center. Our goal is to get guns back up and running as soon as possible.

Here is a video we did that answers many of the questions people have been having about AGD carrying FX:

That's good to hear and the right approach imo. I have never been comfortable buying an air gun from one retailer and being sent to another for repair / warranty work. If I have an issue with an air gun, I want it to be dealt with by the store I bought it from.

This way, air gun depot will be able to keep control of their customer experience and build loyalty. It makes me feel like they are more than just a middle-man taking a mark-up for orders going through a website.

I bought my first PCP rifle from airgun depot. I had a small issue with it and they were excellent at dealing with it quickly. They sent me a new part and a bag of spares without me asking. I'd have no issue trusting them if / when I make an FX purchase.
