Does anyone else besides AOA, carry FX Impact parts? Been on hold and left messages with them for a couple of days now. They just will not pick up or call back.

It seems odd to me that you guys are waiting so long. I wonder if your leaving messages on the service dept line?
I go through the sales line and use the "call me back" function. It has only failed 1 time, that I can recall.
Possibly Jim at Precision Airguns for parts as well.

We are sorry for the difficulty in reaching us. EBR set us back a good week and we are working to catch up still today. We have taken every call in the voicemail yesterday and today, and did not find anyone looking for Impact parts. NO Problem here I've got what I have needed in the pass. Calls have always been returned ,great people to deal with.

I bought an FX revo from them, wasn't cycling consistently out of the box. Called left name and number on the tech line multiple times and still haven't heard a peep.I guess I will have to box it up and send it off and see if they call then. Not impressed by them thus far!!!!!!

First off, Thanks to AOA for getting back to me. And, in my usual fine form...when they called I was out of the room and didn't see the call until after they had gone home. I'm thinking that I might have neglected to hit the # key after the first two messages left. So be sure and do that, kids. If that's the case, my bad. I'll try to catch up with AOA again. They did return my 3rd message...... and I totally get the EBR thing. Not here to bash anyone. Just was getting frustrated.
Tom, the above might answer your question and Wildwest/RL airguns no longer carries FX...talked with them on the phone. Airgun Depot carries no parts. Will Check Utah.

In the past 3-1/2 years I have called AoA more times than I could possibly remember and in every case when they did not pick up the call and I left a message, I received a call back within 1 day and usually on the same day. All of my experiences to date with AoA have been incredibly good customer service!!!!

Sorry not meaning to start something here ....just wanted to know if there was another place to call for parts. I did have trouble with AOA when I first got my gun last year and it took forever but they eventually called back. I got my gun right before EBR last year so same scenario. Giving the benefit of the doubt.
They called e but I missed the call so we will see....but if not then I'll check Utah.
