Posted before about my new FX Wildcat Compact that would not cock out of the box. Ordered June 4, arrived June 8 after the dealer was closed. Waited the weekend and called about the problem on June 11. Owner contacted FX and a tech tried to help me over the phone. No luck.
On June 12 the gun was sent to FX and arrived on the 14th. Called the dealer on the 18th and got no satisfaction. He said FX takes two days to return calls. The next day I got a hold of the owner who has a direct line to FX service. Supposedly the gun was fixed after changing “a bunch of parts”. This on a brand new gun!
So, the gun is fixed on Tuesday, but it’s to late to ship, and they only ship on Tuesday or Thursday.  Just got a notice the gun shipped on Friday the 22nd at 6 PM. I smell a LOT of BS.

They should of sent a new gun instead of fixing their defective product !!!  That is totally unacceptable.. I would send it back and ask for a refund or a new gun !!!

So did the dealer tell you they tested the gun before initially sending it to you? Seems like they should have caught this issue?

seems like a dealer should shoot and supply a group and chrony test!

my impact has been @ fx going on 3 weeks.

You know it would be one thing if this was a $250 gun.  But for the price you pay for those guns they should be bending over backwards and should have shipped you a whole new rifle with no questions asked and it should have been sent out the very next day.  Hopefully the "fixed" gun will be problem free for you

Seeing how I recently got a Compact a month and a half ago any news on what was wrong with your gun? This is my first FX PCP and I hope it lasts without service like my Daystates have. I have spent over 10k in PCP guns and gear over the last 2 yrs and plan on spending more. If FX keeps having issues like I see on this forum my monies will be going elsewhere.  Quality and service are key to staying around in the business world.
