When I take my pcp apart no matter how hard I try I always put scratches on it. in the most unexpected ways and places. Can’t see myself working on an Impact. Way too many parts even the screws are all different. I would end up in tears with a bucket of parts and leftover screws 😁

plus you need few special tools for the job. Not easy.

Kinda makes you appreciate what you paid for....alot goes into making something this complex. I would love to see FX start offering the different sections of the main "Body" of the gun in different anodized colors so that you could customize the look of your gun.....like the blue and red ones that were @ EBR and RMC....orange and green versions would be cool too. Thanks FX. After watching all the Videos I'm not worried if I ever do take mine apart at least there is a step by step on how to do it readily available. And now that there is a guide on rebuilding the gun,I can see this becoming the proverbial small block chevy of airguns with lots of after market hot rod parts being designed for it.

You are welcome. Funny enough, I don't even own an FX and don't really care for the Impact, but I know it's a popular brand/gun and lots of folk can benefit from the info. One day I may check out a WC in either .177 or .25 (compact) but will wait for that video series first, and $$$ need $$$!!!

thanks for the links i enjoy learning as much as i can about my gun earnest is the best. its great to have the info available i feel like i should have payed for those videos there way better than trying to read an exploded diagram and just to know exactly how my gun works and how not to damage my gun like dont shoot without bottle in it to drain air or make shure cocking lever is fully engaged forward before you take a shot i already knew to not adjust reg screw in with air presure. i want to keep my impact for life so its good to know its fully serviceable i would still probably send it to earnest if i had an issue
