FX lefty friendly?

General consensus, as far as I have READ.

Maverick, NO, however I have seen them used lefty with an extended butt (length of pull) which puts ones nose behind the Mag.

M3 Wildcat, also a NO, however there where a few left handed factory versions knocking about the UK dealerships, using the smaller mag.

Impact, Many have said "no problem" or words to that effect, however as a lefty myself (65% to 35% favour) I have been on the look out of this and I have seen very few if any videos where it's left handed credentials have been put on display.

Try the Crown. very left hand friendly. I am right handed but VERY! left eye dominant. My left hand stays on the trigger, while working the side lever and loading from the right side. Works perfect

For me. The Impact is just fine. The new M3 allows you to switch the cocking handle to the other side with no extra parts.

I was searching for the same answers when I was buying Wildcat MK3 just a few months back.

I'm 100% lefty, left handed and left eye dominant so I have to be careful not to make a mistake when buying a rifle. I always had standard gunstock rifles which are mostly ambidextrous these days so that wasn't a problem but I wanted a bullpup this time.

Wildcat MK3 and Maverick share the same action so it doesn't matter much which one you choose. I've opted for the Wildcat, I just like the looks better.

On that idea I've designed and 3D printed few variants of the cheek piece (blue ones were test pieces)







If anyone's interested I'll be uploading both designs (one piece and two piece) to thingi in a few days, just want to refine the shape a bit (make it thinner on the right side)

One thing is a must, if you want to use Wildcat MK3 or a Maverick as a lefty. you need to buy FX mini magazine and load it from the top, it really works flawlessly. 
You can't use the magazine you get with the rifle comfortably in any configuration, at least I can't, your mileage may vary a bit but not much with the size of a new magazines that are shipped with the rifle.

Hello… AGN …my two cents) R u left handed because you write with your left hand? Or your left eye its your dominant? I’m right handed (but) my dominant eye its left so i have to shoot on left position , however the impact MK MK2 M3 have the magazine on the right side, as a left handed shooters the mag gets on your cheek versus the other FX guns with small mags or been on the left side of the gun, am’I making sense? Also the cheek rest on the impact its for right handed. I would like to see FX or after market vendor to modify the mag entry on the impacts specifically for left handed shooters. My humble opinion. Fredrick is left handed if I'm not mistaken. I don't see why he wouldn't make a Left hand friendly model?

I have an M3, I am not left-handed but from my understanding, you can switch the cocking lever from the right side to the left so it sounds pretty left-handed friendly lol. 

Hold gun with trigger hand (left) and insert magazine with free right hand from the right side. I don't see the problem, but hey if you want to buy specialized magazines and adapter kits go for it. I'm right handed but left eye dominant.

Magazine is around the chin for me so cheek weld is not affected. I did get a 3d printed cheek rest (ambi) so theres that.

I understand and i do have left handed cheek rest but every body shoots deferent, what is good for you could be very un-confortable for a lots of people , that’s all.

I know the crown is comfortable for left handers. One of my shooting buddies an ole Marine is lefty and tickled pink with his Crown mk2
