FX Impact "X" barrel question?

Does anyone know if I were to order the FX Impact today would it come with the "X" barrel? I saw they announced at the shot show that the "X" barrel is available for the Impact.
But I want to make sure that if I place an order for the gun it will come with the "X" barrel.
I tried to email AOA a few days ago, But so far no reply??
Anyone know how I could get a definitive answer?

Nope. Not based on what was posted by Michael a few days ago. It will still be sold with the standard smooth twist. And as an option to purchase an upgrade X barrel.

That's has to suck! I guess my wait continues.
Hopefully by this summer that will change.
My FX Impact fund is burning a hole in my pocket!! LOL!!!

FX Smooth Twist X barrel system for the Impact will be sold at MAP of $399 in standard length. 700mm will run $429.99 MAP in .25 and .30 caliber.
For a limited time an upgrade is offered for $259.99 MAP on .177 through .30 caliber.

Short answer for the OP: It does not come with the Twist-X But you can spend more $$$ for the upgrade

So how do I go about getting the upgrade Twist-X? I figure I can sell the OG barrel that comes on the gun for approximately the cost of the upgrade. That would work for me.
