It sound like your 2nd stage is set to light. There are videos on setting it by Earnest on UTube.

It’s weird because it worked and then it didn’t. I never moved anything. I checked the videos from Earnest Rowe. I think it’s time to send it out again.. thanks though.

Things can work loose. Maybe just try increasing the trigger weight and see if that helps. Also make sure the safety is adjusted properly if it is adjustable.

If you accidentally fired the rifle with the cocking lever not fully reset to the front, the pin on the cocking block can get bent, and then not be able to pull the hammer far enough back to engage the trigger. No doubt Ernest will fix it regardless of the cause.

It's very simple to take these guns apart and reassemble them. Earnest Rowe and FX encourage people to work on them themselves with how to videos on youtube. The gun needs to come apart for routine checkups and cleaning anyway.

I’ve had that happen on non FX airguns and so far it’s been the trigger adjustment screw, 1/8 to 1/4 turn and back to working, at least your sending it in to the Pro to get fixed.

How do you get in touch with Ernest, just call FX USA? What do they charge for basic services like this trigger issue?

Shows his repair process and note that he’s using titanium for the replacement pinmaterial. Given how much of a klutz I can be I’m wondering if Ernest offers that as an upgrade to prevent the pin getting bent.
