Fx impact sub forum?

Is it about time there is a sub forum specifically for the FX impact? In the past 24 hours there are 11 threads about the impact, IMO this clutters up the general PCP forum as threads on ideas or questions about guns from other manufacturers (including other fx models) get lost in an avalanche of impact posts,

Also, for fx impact owners, it makes it easier to find relevant answers so reduces duplicated questions, such as “what reg pressure” “what tp size” “what barrel liner” etc.

Just a thought!

The problem I see with this is that if they allow it then it’s only a matter of time before people are asking for a Gauntlet forum or Marauder forum, and that would clutter up the site.

I think a better idea would be to make manufacturers specific sub forums so you could group the FX posts, Daystats posts, etc, together for posts of a technical nature.

This is exactly what other sites do and it works fairly well if people use it on both sides of the coin; those that need help with questions and those who are able to help others in need.

With a few hours of making popular manufacturer forum posting areas and the forum moderators moving a decent portion the existing posts it will clear up a bit of clutter and direct people with technical questions and support to the correct forum.

I just read someone saying the site should have a Spanish section. Now I am reading the site should have an Impact section. ( I thought it already did and it was simply called Airgunnation😁) I read an article yesterday where guys were slamming AEAC for not making a video fast enough. I thought airgunning was a grown up sport. Anyways my point is.... When did it become socially acceptable to tell other people what they should do, in their personal life and in business? Don't you guys think the tactful thing to do would be to send Micheal a private message to discuss these things instead of screaming to anyone that will listen in an attempt to "force" someone to do something. Just my opinion. I may be wrong

When did it become socially unexceptionable to ask a question or have an opinion?

I am sure I wasn’t telling people what to do in their personal life, don’t think I was screaming, it was never my intention to “force” someone to do anything.

I do apologize to you, Sir. After reading the other 2 posts I read yours as a statement instead of reading that you wrote your message as a question... instead of a "demand" That is 100% my fault. I am still a little shocked by the post about Steve and took it out on you. Other than that I still stand behind my comment.

Do you have a link to this article about AEAC?

No problem, 👍

My question was about a separate fx impact sub forum because of the number of posts it generates each day, this is partly due to the popularity of the gun, partly due to the design. The more moving part, the often it will fail, the more o rings, the more often it will leak, the more things to adjust, the greater chance of getting things out of balance. The impact has more of these than any other airgun I can think off.

IMO the sub forum would make it easier for people who want to discuss impact related issues, tuning, modifications and ideas while freeing up space for those who don’t.

for what it’s worth, I do own an impact but if see another post about power loss and C3 bumper I think my head will explode 😂
