Ordered an o-ring kit from FX USA and they still have not shipped after waiting more than three weeks. Does anyone have a functional contact at FX USA or a better location for purchasing O-rings that will meet OEM specification.

FX USA has the weird policy of only shipping on Wednesdays because "they have 20 to 30 orders to fill per week and only have a few people working there".
As for calling them you just have to dial every five minutes until you get a person... that's the way they operate as crazy as it sounds.
You can get the sizes you need straight from FXairguns. Pick your model under downloads, record the o-ring sizes and order them from oring warehouse or any other online o-ring specialist. You can buy 50 of each size for about $30 and the quality is the same.

They have every o-ring you could ever need. You’ll need to know the size and hardness you’re looking for.

You might need more than o rings in your impact kit. Delrin washers , improved valves, etc. If its your 1st time, I'd solicit a little advice from the crowd or call some one like Ken Hicks (SPAW) and others and possibly buy ALL the necessary parts at 1 time.

I just ordered some from the oringstore online. Cheap and got from California to Michigan in 3 days.
