So the pin that cocks/pulls the hammer was bent and I got a new reloading block from dealer. I was super happy until I realized that newer block has better/stronger pins and the pin that connects with the cocking lever is bigger!! Please see pictures and advice. Thanks

Ask the dealer if they have the matching linkage, or open the hole on the linkage up a bit. Not much else can be done?

I talked to Travis while ordering the block, he said he has only new ones with stronger pins. I will call Travis tomorrow again and ask him for matching linkage.

so far what I did is that I removed the older block pin completely and reinstalled it with blue locktite. Hopefully the pin won’t move or bend again. If that didn’t workout, then I guess I have to open linkage hole a bit. Thanks guys

Hi Ninjababy,

Please reach out to our technicians at FX USA or your dealer. You are going to need the appropriate reloading linkage for the MKII. You can modify your existing linkage but you'll need an appropriate drill bit and a drill press in order to drill it correctly. The hole has to be enlarged off-center so you'll need to call and speak with a technician for details if you wish to modify it yourself.

I broke my cocking lever and the holes in the linkage were worn oval. The replacement linkage FX sent had the hole for the block too small, as above. FX said there were two versions (this was in December) and sent me another one. It fits and works, but while waiting I just drilled the hole larger in the first one they sent. It also fits and works fine, so drill away. I did it with a regular cordless drill, slowly, stating with a bit just barely larger than the existing hole, test fitting at each step until the pin just slid into place. No biggie.
