FX Impact Q&A: Does the POI change when changing barrels? (video)

"hvack"I agree with ezerhonden 14 .My fx bobcat .25 gets one hole to dimes at 50 yards ! Quarter sized at most. From a benched position sand bag in back . With a vise and an 1899$ air rifle I would want no less regardless...
The intention of this video was to see if there was any POI change when changing barrels. As you can see there was a fair bit of wind & other variables. The only way to truly test this theory would be to have the action locked into a vise & shoot in a controlled environment.

I shot the Impact at EBR and was impressed with its accuracy. In the Extreme event I shot a 447 with 7X during qualifying, then got duped by the wind in the final and fell to 13th place overall (still not to shabby).

So what made me want to shoot a brand new untested rifle at the biggest competition of the year?... This target I shot at 100 yards with the .25 caliber 33.9g pellets

Impressive.. That's why you give some of the best reviews.... your accuracy makes the review count..Did you shoot a group like that, ( in the pic you posted) with the same test in the video ? Could you shoot a group like that with the .30 cal barrel and the .25 with no scope came , just a cam set to the side of target and back view behind you, to which the scope cam would not affect your shooting ? (I know how much they do affect the shooting!) Pulling the barrel in and out like you did in your video ? Just would like to know if the rifle is going to spread an inch over 50 yards with same barrel just from taking it down and putting it in the case then pulling it back out to take a shot when i need it with it being test by you looking with your eye and your trusted accuracy ? I'm just saying get rid of the scope came and show us some accuracy with you natural ability..
