Hi I would like to know if the FX IMPACT MK2 can shoot arrows? I see a kit for the crown , I think all barrels same size will this fit ?? and are the arrow heads threaded for a broad head ?????

I think the used to offer one for impact, but a bit trickier because the arrow fletches would have to go into the action a bit. Maybe would work if they didnt stick out too far from the shaft.

Utah had a video up of a deer hunt with the impact arrow barrel thingy lol. It looked very different from the one for the crown that I currently have. They doo mention in the video that they had to power mod it to achieve 400 fps with the arrows. It looked similar to the bolt fired out of the Sumatra and Texans instead of the crown bolts. I would call them or search for the video. I hope this helps

glem here is kit for the crown ok so the fletches may hit housing??

Yeah like for example i have a 700mm barrel and only 14 inches stick out of the action. Royale/Crown/Boss all have the full length of the barrel that a person could use to slide an arrow onto.
Would need low profile fletches to slide in here. (Or be 14 inches long max)
Or a longer length would be needed for the air pipe that an arrow would slide on for impact.
Edit now ive seen that video talked about above. Really weird a short arrow inside what looks to be the shroud. Never seen that before.

ok Glem I understand now , I do own a royale 400 m maybe I can find a barrel for this or make one on lathe . So , I never shot an arrow with a gun , are the arrows like hollow like a straw and it slips over the barrel . so almost like when we were kids shooting straw papers where we wrapped up 1 end and it shot ?

OK The reason I ask is here to deer hunt with a cross bow but I cant cock one due to injuries and Id love to shoot one , now I saw this air crossbow , but it uses air to cock string only I think , pretty cool for us injured guys who just cant quit lol

I believe they used to make a kit for a Royale arrow shooter matt dubber had one back in the day. Id email FXusa if you want one they might be able to get it

anyone know how to make regulator strong enough not to creep…the fx regul can work normal under 220 bar only..(sorry for ny bad english)...it can not fill up to 250 bar..every time the filling process across 220 bar the regulator will increase from 120 to 130 bar...and sometimes poi increase everytime the pressuse reach 150 bar...i set regul at 120 bar..

Old post but I've made my own impact with molded from crown setup.
Works like it should. Groups 1"-2" in groups 25yds.
Running 170 bars shoots 290-297fps with the standard FX arrows. I'm using the 30cal air port with a slug probe. Later I'll delete the probe and blanket off the end, so no probe will be needed
I'm going to down size the shaft from 10mm ID to 6mm ID which should increase the outward pressure and gain roughly 30-50 fps more.
I'm only doing this for the purpose of hunting deer during bow season..
Can't wait till deer season 2023 here we come.
