Fx Impact MK2 Gauges

I got the Edgun gauge, installed it initially to the power line. Figure it is looooong time to refill because you watching the digital numbers and filling slow ended up never refilling to 250 to stay on the safe side. Then I re-placed that same digital gauge to the regulated end. Again I am at the tuning process with my 25 cal, and finding it not really friendly when I am adjusting reg and the hammer spring there and back. So finally toke it out, it is in my drawer. When I will finish the tuning (sooner or later) I will put that Edgun back to the gun but most likely it will serve as an fashion item only.

For now I am using both gauges Wika. Do you feel the money pit?

I have a Brand new impact the gauges suck not accurate and one leaks.I am very disappointed for a high end pcp to use such poopty gauges.I have new Lelya and the digital gauge is nice but it doesn't stay on very long while filling it keeps shutting off.I personally would like a accurate analog gauges

Yep, Wika all the way. I had bought one of the black ones but it was moving in a jerking way, and not responding to small adjustments.

Also tuned someone else's impact with a Edmu, but I was fed up with it within 30 seconds because it turns off way too fast, and I kept on pressing to turn it back on.

A accurate analog gauge is all I need, I don't care much whether the reg pressure is 2 bar higher or lower.

I have more than one Impact and I would not say the gauges are accurate but they are consistent. When I got the first Impact I was annoyed that the gauge did not read accurately.

I looked into all the gauge makers I could find that people were switching too. After as much checking as I was up to i found many complaints about all of them having one or another issue. I could not see paying for another gauge and having the same or different problem with it.

Solution I use a manifold I made to go from the compressors to my carbon fill tank also from the tank to the rifle. On the manifold I put an very accurate gauge as I fill the rifle I put marks at reference pressures. though the gauges numbers do not line up with the actual pressure the needle does return to the reference marks for those pressures . That is good enough for me.

On a side note I could not find any manufacture making gauges in this size that they claimed were a precision gauge.

I also found out any gauge that would provide the accuracy we want the price is one most will not go for.

the added cost to each rifle makes it unlikely we will see them added. It is possible with the digital (electronic adjustable) guns to incorporate that type gauge but even then the price is probably higher than you would think.
