Bhaur, you have a great opportunity here, but the part need to be cut on CNC Mill with auto tool changer.

About a full 8 hrs of CNC programming - with some coffee brakes + you need two jigs, and these can give you roughly about 6 minutes total cutting time per piece. Translated to your local currency still makes a business case. A manual lathe is a no-no unless you do it on your own time.

I don't think it must be cheaper than the oem one. The custom one is better and more advanced. It can definitely be more expensive.

OK correcting myself :)

I didn't meant to calculate the $$ per piece but a dimensional consistency if you planning a 50-100 piece batch ...can really make a difference.

If you do a single piece for yourself or eventually a close friend - for a hassle free if there is no CNC available - I would separate into two pieces and handle them same way as the Valve House is locked+sealed.

At this stage I just had to do some R&D and for this purpose I think making one part on manual laith is not bad.

Yes if I had been into this business and had a lot of orders then taking the route of CNC would be economical and time saving.
