Just took out my gun and the air tank was empty. On fill it leaks massively from barrel (muzzle) and when cocked leaks from rear of barrel. Any suggestion this is only a month old?

Are you able to get enough air into it to dry-fire a few times (in a safe direction)? Sounds like valve not seating and if you get it to seat it might perform just fine from here on out.

You can also try the 'load 2 pellets' trick to see if it will cause enough back pressure to allow the valve to seat.

Waiting on a call back from FX Service Center. Will let you know the results. Obviously an O ring blew, probably a breach O ring, so we'll see how to proceed with this. Or it could be the valve is not seating properly, never had an issue with any of my other FX guns.

I got an email back from FX USA support. They said I will need a replacement valve pin. Working with them to send me the part now.

Is this a common problem? I figured it was something related to the valve. My barrel O rings were fine, breach looks good, so maybe it's the same problem.

I’m not sure. I’m not seeing a ton of posts in forums with same symptoms. They are shipping the part right now. The customer service replied to my email with diagnosis and warranty part replacement same day, so I am very happy with the customer service I received. Hopefully this will rectify the issue and I can go on taking full advantage of all this platform has to offer.

I am having the same issue,with my M3,It seems to be an issue with the valve adjuster because when I close it completely the air leak stops but it won't fire also with the valve adjuster opened it won't fill it leaks out all the air,for such an expensive air rifle it should not have such issues. I emailed in a customer request as there phone number is always busy

Thanks for the reply, but I can't understand why FX doesn't state this on their site, , when we are spending this kind of money on a gun they should have the courtesy of providing the relevant information on their site.
