16 position power wheel & posi-step quick tune dial. Note that the quick tune dial functions a bit differently than previous versions. 1 is lowest power, 5 is highest power.

Awesome setup!! Quick question, how easy does that quick tuner turn? I guess what I'm saying is is there anyway that thing can get moved say brushed along your leg when bringing up or pulling out of the case or something like that?

It is clearly marked and each micro-turn has a small detent. It's kind of tucked in between the power wheel and the manometer, but it's not difficult to turn. Keep in mind that its a micro adjustment. I'd be more concerned about accidentally adjusting the valve return, which does not have any detents.

Oh gosh...that is a shmexy setup. Can’t wait until I get mine!!! Another question for you...I don’t see the integrated barrel harmonics tuner....is this supposed to be separately bought? I mean if it’s integrated, I don’t see why it would be sold separately. Perhaps your shroud is covering it.

No that's not part of mine. I'm pretty sure that's an accessory that will be available soon. By integrated, I'm guessing they mean integrated into a separate shroud???

Looking good Michael nice werq. I really like it. Thanks for all of the good info too.

Mine is on the way think I got the last one they had a 600mm in .25. It was not the model I wanted but figured I could just change the bottle and barrel out for the ones I already have and I will be set. Then found out the valves in the bottles are different so now I will have to exchange valves and bottles as well to make it what I want. Should not be a problem though.

All right now the stage is set...I know they’re in different calibers, but I certainly would expect you to bring both those rifles over to the brown boxes place, and see which shoots better. Especially with slugs. The Delta Wolf in 25, Versus the FX in 22. They are both designed to do the same thing.

it would be really cool if you could do a test were each of you shoot both rifles. I believe you’re both very good shots, the combination would be very interesting.

That number of power adjustment points could, in the wrong hands, turn into lot of "what happened" and how do I get back. This gun needs it's own separate notations book and to be meticulously maintained.

Yeah its got the potential to be a royal PitA. That's why FX put circles around the 8 & 3 to help people get back to a baseline.

Reg90 power wheel on 1, 890fps 18g , so 32ftlbf about as low as it goes?.

Camo is stunning.

There are a few additional things you could do to reduce the power further.

  • Reduce the valve return
  • Reduce reg 2 pressure
  • Use the barrel transfer port labeled "P" for pellet. I'm using "S" for slug

Michael, is there a reason you are using S, (when you where shooting pellets). ie does it matter with pellets being on S, 

Without messing with your Gun, How low do you THINK the reg could function, 

I should have made myself more clear, "as low" , I was attempting to ascertain/confirm the spread of FPS available using the power wheel/quick tuner at a certain reg setting.
