From last week, i feel a little strange when i load FX impact, when i disassembled it and found the problem, as the picture show, the little pin was broken, how can this happen? anybody happened before?

Help!.....

Made two pins today, as Ernest's video introduced, and i am sure i closed the cocking lever, and two pins broken as the picture show after about 10 shots...

Anyone know what is problem? my impact is .30 600cm barrel.

Please help me, i am so hopeless!

The valve stem and hammer spring assembly may be unthreading itself so the hammer is striking the pin at the shot, even with a closed cocking block. In other words, the threads on the valve stem may coming loose (stripping) or just unthreaded (hopefully). They're prone to do this and need loctite applied.

Also check the "timing" of the cocking rod length and it's relationship with the pellet probe and block. These threads come loose as well and that causes the pellet probe to not enter into the brass transfer port as far as it should.

Check out these great collection of videos for disassembly, fixing, and reassembly:
