FX impact load problem

I am just so disappointed, how can this happen to FX, this is a airgun for $2000, anybody had this problem before?

On one of Ernest video s he said if you don't close the cocking lever all the way before you pull the trigger the force of gun going off would slam it shut shearing that pin.

thanks Hatmike, i really can't remember if i ever forgot to close the cocking lever, may be it is the real situation happened....i am trying to find way fix it, anyone who has any idea, let me know...

Help!.....
Made two pins today, as Ernest's video introduced, and i am sure i closed the cocking lever, and two pins broken as the picture show after about 10 shots...
Anyone know what is problem? my impact is .30 600cm barrel.

The valve stem and hammer spring assembly may be unthreading itself so the hammer is striking the pin at the shot, even with a closed cocking block. In other words, the threads on the valve stem may coming loose (stripping) or just unthreaded (hopefully). They're prone to do this and need loctite applied.
Also check the "timing" of the cocking rod length and it's relationship with the pellet probe and block. These threads come loose as well and that causes the pellet probe to not enter into the brass transfer port as far as it should.
