I have a .25 Impact now and was thinking about getting a .30 barrel with a fixed shroud. I was wondering if anybody can tell me if the accuracy and power will be close to FX Boss? I have a Boss now and I love the power and accuracy but the Impact is just way more fun to shoot.

It's going to depend on the barrel you get and what is done to it. I think a longer barrel that is fixed to the received (like the Boss or RAW) is going to have an advantage over a barrel that floats on o rings. Also, check out the results from the Phoenix benchrest results for 100M. Not one Impact there since last EBR

I had a FX Boss and I have a new Impact .30. My FX Boss shot awesome at 100 yards. Shot 5 shot groups at 1.13" many times.
The FX Impact has shot 5 shot 1.5" groups and I am working to get it tighter. Both shot around 850 pfs with EXacts .30, 44.75 gr
