If you're talking about target velocity, that's up to you. I've shot the 18gr pellet with good accuracy from 870 to 980fps.
Barrel length doesn't matter for the tuning process. Only thing that changes with barrel length is available power. If your target velocity stays the same but you put a 700mm barrel in place of a 600mm, you'll want to re-tune at a lower reg pressure.
