Tuning FX Hammer/Spring question.

Help! My Maverick and Wildcat MK3 have two different spring lengths for each hammer weight. 13g for the .30 MK3 and a 11g for the .22 Maverick. My dilemma is finding the part # for the shorter .30 WC MK3 Spring. I find no reference to that particular short spring part number going way back to earlier FX versions. The current part # for most I have found is the "11500 v2" spring and that is not the same as the WC MK3 .30 hammer/spring combo.

You don’t have to have the shorter spring, it will be a free floating/flight hammer regardless which spring you use.

I agree totally. I wouldn't fret too much on getting the same length spring, since the guns have more than enough adjustment to make it work just the same. I'm actually using a Huma Impact hammer spring in my Maverick, fwiw.

Rallyshark and qball, you both make excellent points. I will give feedback on my comparison between the two different spring lengths. FX shipment is on the way.
