I have been using the 2 springers from late 70's till now they have served me well. I was lucky with my 2 choices a FWB-124 D .177 & A HW-77K .20cal. I home tuned them both when I found this sites thank you all.
I found a FX GLADIATOR MK-1 Tactical
.22 . A week ago after acquiring all necessary equipment. + 1 tri rail for the front air cylinder & a 2 piece bi-pod I started to run it through a few 8rn mags .
About the 5th mag I pulled the trigger and a all the air came out via the barrel. when
all the pressure was out the front air cylinder was loose. This is what I think happened every time I placed the rifle on the floor since it had a 2 piece bipod it may have loosened the front air cylinder by one side touching the floor ? As the front air cylinder seemed tight till all the presser was out at that moment the front air cylinder was like it had about about maybe a full turn or more. Want to know did the co. I bought it from not tighten the front air cylinder and at 200 bar would seem tight due to the pressure? And the bipod help it over the edge? Or did it come a little loose and something like the valve o ring or valve stem just broke or a combo of both?
Now it will not fill air comes out th barrel as if the valve is wide open.
Time to consult the PCP shooters as beening my frist pcp i was just trying to prepair for the day when i can't cock my HW-77K THE THE TIME WHEN I CAN'T COCK THE FWB-124. Wonder when that comes will i even be able to lift the fx?
