No drama or waiting for a verdict, straight off, my experience has been superb.
I bought one of the last MKIIs but it developed a slow leak I was unable to fully stem. It was probably my fault as I had a minor mishap with the rifle where it took a knock. No visible damage but it began to leak down a bit over night. Just a few bar were lost every 24 hours , but it was a mental bother. The gun was still great to shoot but it would slowly leak down and nothing I did seemed to correct that. However the leak happened, I decided to send it back to the factory.
I got immediate and friendly help from their team in North Carolina and a day after requesting an RA, my gun was on its way "home" to FX USA. Two weeks or so later, just as promised, it's back in my hands looking brand new and....get this....it now has a Wika main (front) gauge and what looks to be a new regulator gauge as well. I haven't been told what the actual location of the leak was but I suspect it was one of the gauges. There was no charge to me even though I may have been at least partly responsible for the issue. Whatever the cause, I have it back better than new and in the time frame they originally quoted.
