You just need to put a little more weight in the second stage adjustment screw. You can probably improve it a little by polishing the bearing surfaces of the sear and trigger roll. Don't remove any metal, just polish to a mirror smooth surface. I can't guarantee it will help, but I think it usually does. In my Royale, it allowed me to go an ounce or two lighter before the trigger would not return. The fact that its not returning is not an indication of a problem, it's just slightly out of adjustment. And when it's adjusted on the extreme end of its range, it may need a slight readjusting on occasion. These are damn weird triggers, don't much like them, but they can be set up to feel very good.
