I came across this photo, I sure hope FX sees it and thinks about making this carbine version! I'd probably buy 2 DLs, one normal size & one carbine. Leshiy killer?

Hell I would just like to see the Dreamline come out so I could make up my mind on it or wildcat or streamline its killing me to wait so long

I’ve got a streamline.... fantastic gun. I will probably add a wildcat mk2 in 25 or Dreamline......or possibly impact.

Phildog I think it's been said that Fx figured out how to simplify the design of the Impact and therefore the DL will cost a lot less even with the same features.

Nobody really knows what it'll be because no one's seen a production model yet. You can't pre-order, there aren't any reviews, just this tickler out there that's tormenting the FX fans with an Impact for half the price. It is supposed to have all the adjustability, at half the price, and if you want the minimalist gun, maybe that's true. An interview with one of the FX USA types indicated that the Streamline would be discontinued as the Dreamline and Streamline are at the same price point. But that's for a truly minimalist Dreamline model. I'm waiting for the fully kitted out bullpup, as I'd buy it model to be priced out. If it's in Wildcat price territory, or higher, it might be a smaller audience than you think.
Unfortunately, we'll probably have to wait for a couple more months before any information comes out, which is typical. The reviewers will review and the pre-orders will flow. Only after the first few hundred are delivered and real shooters use them, abuse them, and report back will we know how wonderful (or not wonderful) the gun is.
