FX Dream Tact Compact

I ordered one from Ohio Airguns LLC. Should get it soon. Heading to the forest for a few days, might show up while I am hunting. I hope I can get 900 fps with 16 grain, but will settle for slightly less, I am not concerned with shot count. I rarely shoot over a mag full hunting squirrels, our limit is only 6.

I saw it was in stock 22 cal thought it was a mirage or a dream then i want back the next day on back order so it wasnt a dream. Next time no delay it looks like the shot count is i thought i saw 27 to 35 .

Post up your thoughts on the Tact Compact once you get some shots through.

I think one of those in .22 is going to be in my future!

My dream tact one rifle two versions 

Take me few weeks but nearly done just waiting for delivery one scope bubble level & folding stock adapter 

so

shorter is .22 with fab defence stock & grip + 0db moderator

longer is .25 600mm barrel with hogue stock & grip + Donnyfl tatsu + 500cc carbon fibre bottle (300bar) - today from 220bar to 130bar shoot 4 full mags (16pellets mag)

Love the two color contrast. That Compact is one neat looking PCP. 

Wow Toma! I am real really digging that compact! That is helping sway me towards getting one.

I have looked at that stock a few times online. How do you like it with that setup? It seemed like it might be a little heavier than I would really want in that small setup, but not really “heavy”.

who is the scope rings & bipod extender rail from? looks great.

Looking sweet man. I love these because of the multi shot capabilities, I Love the Leshiy but the single shot is a bit of a deal breaker for me, this to me is the way to go. Great pics.

I think it’s not so heavy all set up without bipod is 3,55kg - 7,8pounds 





Is fit nicely small fx hard case 







And just like Ken advice me I set up reg for 125bar and is pushing jsb hades 885fps which I’m happy about

Toma. Thanks for the feedback and answering those other questions on the bipod extension and scope rings for the other guy too. I was curious myself. I was going to answer him and say they were Vortex, but the FDE threw me off. I am definitely going to try to look for one of those bipod extensions also. 

As far as heavy goes, I know they aren’t heavy. I was just thinking minimalist, it is probably only 4-5oz more than a basic one, but still massively smaller than some I have used for bench guns like the Magpul PRS. I am glad to see that one in the wild.

You may have helped me settle on a couple new products this week to try out.

Toma I would like to see what kind of accuracy you get with that 22 with such a short barrel ?

if you decide for same type bipod extension you needs to buy riser as well

Here is longer version .25

40yards quick check - full mag 16pellets 

AA 25,4grains 905fps

When stop raining will try shorter .22 but again only 40yards coz that have in garden

Lucky me he reply pretty quick coz spend good couple hrs looking for that screw  

I like it, but the scope seems to sit very high above the bore. If the scope is lowered as much as possible does it affect the cheek weld or sight picture? I like my scope mounted low.

Christmas came early & the snow did too.
